eMail PDF Upload Form v2.0, is a simple and easy to install script that will let your users enter their name and email address and provide an easy to use upload method. Their PDF will be stored onto your server / directory and forward you and the client an email with the link to the PDF file so you can view or download it. The script is simple to modify to your liking and provides installation instructions. This script does not require MySQL or a database of any kind.

NOTES:
Some Web Hosting Companies will only let you upload certain file types and have limits to http file uploads. This script was set at 2megs which you can alter higher or lower.
Requirements:
1. PHP server, which most hosting companies provide.
2. chmod upload directory to 0777 = Read and Write
