Two File Contact Form

Two File Contact Form v1.1 is designed for the beginner and is a simple and easy to install script that will let your users enter their name and email address and provide an easy way for your customers or clients to provide you with feedback.

The script only contains two files, one of which is the form itself which can be modified if needed and the other is the output file which can also be modified.

The script includes a validate email along with a Thank You and Error page built in.

Please feel free to modify this script to suit your needs.

All that is needed is to input your email address and upload the files to your server and or directory to use right out of the box.
